Day 1 : Leh Arrival
You will be taken to the hotel for check-in after arriving at Leh Airport. You have the day off today to relax and acclimate. This way, you can both explore Leh and get a feel for the high-altitude climate. At Leh, spend the night in a hotel.
Day 2 : Leh Lamayuru Alchi Uleytoko
After breakfast, take a tour of the Lamayuru circuit, which is known for the dramatic location of the ancient Lamayuru monastery and the adjacent ‘Moonland’ features. Check-in to Alchi camps after touring and lunch. Alternatively, retrace the Leh road to Uleytokpo (60 km) and settle into a pre-arranged camp or resort for the night.
Day 3 : Uleytoko Alchi Sangam Mangnetic Hills Leh
After breakfast, travel to Leh, stopping along the way to see the 11th century Alchi Choskor, Ladakh’s oldest surviving monastery legacy and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that, go to Sangam, where the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet, Magnetic Hill Point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Kali Mata Temple of Guardians at Spituk monastery, and the Hall of Fame. In Leh, stay in a hotel for dinner and the night.
Day 4 : Leh Pangong Lake Leh
Today, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel east to Leh through Changla Pass (17500ft) and Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang area of Ladakh. Pangong Lake is one of Asia’s most beautiful lakes, changing colour four to five times a day. You will be transported back to Leh in the afternoon for the night.
Day 5 : Leh Khandrungla Top Nubra Valley
You will be transported to Nubra Valley today after an early breakfast. En way, stop by Khardung-la-pass, the world’s highest motorable road at 18, 380 feet. Ldorma, or the Valley of Flowers, is a common nickname for Nubra Valley. It is located between the Karakoram and Ladakh Himalayan mountains to the north of Ladakh. Arrive at Hunder and settle into your hotel or camp. After that, go to Diskit Village and have a camel ride across the sand dunes. Hotel Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6 : Nubra Valley to Leh
After breakfast, travel to Leh through Khardung-la, along the same road as yesterday. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. At the evening, go shopping in Leh’s market. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 : Leh to Tso Moriri
You will be taken to the picturesque Tso Moriri Lake through Mahe Bridge after breakfast. The lake is 40 kilometres long and is located at an elevation of 4,500 metres. Overnight stays in opulent campgrounds.
Day 8 : Tso Moriri to Leh
After breakfast, check out of the camp and drive to Leh, stopping briefly at Tanglang-la Pass, the world’s second highest motorable pass at 5,350 metres. At the Leh Hotel, you’ll have dinner and spend the night.
Day 9 : Leh Local
Visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery, and Stok Palace Museum today after breakfast. Dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel in Leh.
Day 10 : Leh Departure
Following breakfast, you will be transported to Leh airport to catch your journey home at your leisure. This is where your unforgettable journey through the realm of dragons comes to an end.
