Tia is a small village in the Khalsi tehsil of the Leh district in Ladakh housing just over 200 houses. This is where we stat our trek from after driving all the way from Leh. The highlight of this trek would be the contrasts you would be able to explore like the dark blue rivers and the brown hillocks, the barren lands with dried bushes or the monasteries enroute where we can rest and mingle with the friendly monks. This trek lets you explore the lifestyle and the livelihoods of the friendly Ladaki people and taste their unique cusines at the nearby dhabas and homestays.
