Welcome to Altitude Adventure. By booking a trek, expedition, motorbike tour or any adventure activity with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
• All prices are subject to change due to changes in government taxes, permit fees, fuel prices or other operational costs.

Health and Fitness

• All participants should be physically fit for the chosen trek, expedition or motorbike tour.
• Any medical condition that may affect your participation must be informed to us before the trip.
• Our guides have the right to stop a participant from continuing if their health or safety is at risk.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance.
• Insurance should cover medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and personal belongings.
• Altitude Adventure is not responsible for insurance arrangements.

Changes to Itinerary

Mountain travel depends on weather, road conditions and local situations. Altitude Adventure reserves the right to change the itinerary if required due to:

• Bad weather
• Road closures
• Natural disasters
• Political situations
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns

Any changes will always be made in the interest of safety.

Responsibility

• Participants must follow the instructions of guides and expedition leaders at all times.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to rented equipment will be charged accordingly.

Rescue and Emergency Evacuation

In case of illness, injury or emergency, Altitude Adventure will assist in arranging rescue and evacuation whenever possible. All expenses related to:

• Helicopter evacuation
• Rescue operations
• Medical treatment
• Hospital expenses

will be the responsibility of the participant or their insurance company.

Environmental Policy

We request all guests to help protect the mountains. Please:

• Do not litter.
• Respect local culture and traditions.
• Follow Leave No Trace principles.
• Help keep the Himalayas clean.
